• What business and supporting activities are involved in each “mental process” of the organization? What other relational, social, political, cultural and technological structures are involved and shape those processes? In each real context, what is desirable state of these structures in order to give rise to healthy collective “mental processes”?

• How can dysfunctions be adequately diagnosed? What dysfunctions in “mental processes” of the organization can be pre-defined and guide the diagnosis efforts? What changes in structure can be made to reduce or eliminate the diagnosed dysfunctions? How those changes can be implemented successfully? How performance improvements can be measured?

• How to relate improvements in the organization “mental processes” with changes in the organization abilities of intelligence, learning and creativity? What impairments can those organizational abilities display? How impairments in these abilities can be related with dysfunctions in collective “mental processes”?
